The South Burnett Enterprise Centre leases
serviced offices and
business units to small businesses. But we have other facilities
available as well. These include:

The South Burnett Enterprise Centre has
16 serviced
offices and
business units, and we lease these to small start-up
businesses at very competitive rates.
We have 5 one and two-person offices in the Centre's main building, and 11
self-contained business units (which are capable of accommodating up to 5
people) in the immediately adjoining area.
All offices are air-conditioned, insulated, have blinds and can be supplied
with some basic office furniture (if needed). Each office has a free parking
space, and there's additional free parking available in the grounds or in
the adjoining street.
Offices are available for lease on a month-to-month basis under the Centre's
standard tenancy agreement.
The South Burnett Enterprise Centre is a popular location
for meetings, small conferences, training classes and trade displays.
Our Conference Room is located in the Centre's main building and can accommodate
a maximum of 30 people. It has a whiteboard; TV; data projector; a
flip-chart stand and tables and chairs (which can be arranged in a variety
of seating patterns).
The Conference Room is ideal for mid-sized public meetings;
training sessions; trade show displays; small conferences and many other
types of gatherings.
Catering can also be arranged if required (please ask about this when
you make your booking).
The Conference Room can be hired by the day or by the
half-day (minimum: 5 hours) and bookings can be made through our main
Administration Office in person; by phoning the Centre on (07) 4162-9000;
