The South Burnett Enterprise Centre leases
serviced offices and
business units to small businesses. But we have many other facilities
available as well. These include:

The South Burnett Enterprise Centre has
16 serviced
offices and
business units, and we lease these to small start-up
businesses at very competitive rates.
We have 5 one and two-person offices in the Centre's main building, and 11
self-contained business units (which are capable of accommodating up to 5
people) in the immediately adjoining area.
All offices are air-conditioned, insulated, have blinds and can be supplied
with some basic office furniture (if needed). Each office has a free parking
space, and there's additional free parking available in the grounds or in
the adjoining street.
Offices are available for lease on a month-to-month basis under the Centre's
standard tenancy agreement.

In addition to our serviced offices (

below), the Enterprise Centre also has a
fully-equipped
IT Centre that's available for hire by the half day
and full day.
The IT Centre is particularly suited to anyone who wants to run
computer-based training courses. It features a central server and
20 individual work stations, as well as a whiteboard, data projector and
central boardroom table.
The IT Centre is also very suitable for anyone who wants to run small
meetings for up to 20 people, and the Centre can be hired by the day
or half-day (minimum: 5 hours).

The South Burnett Enterprise Centre is a popular location
for meetings, small conferences, training classes and trade displays.
Our Conference Room is located in the Centre's main building can accommodate
a maximum of 60 people. It has a whiteboard; TV; data projector; a
flip-chart stand and tables and chairs (which can be arranged in a variety
of seating patterns). The Conference Room is ideal for mid-sized public meetings;
training sessions; trade show displays; small conferences and many other
types of gatherings.
Our IT Centre - located next to the main building - features a boardroom
table that can accommodate smaller meetings of up to 20 people. It
also has a whiteboard and data projector which can be used in meetings if
required.
Catering for meetings at both venues can also be arranged if required
(please ask about this when you make your booking).
Both the Conference Room and IT Centre can be hired by the day or by the
half-day (minimum: 5 hours) and bookings can be made through our main
